Until social distancing ends, the rules will be similar or the same as Sept-Nov 2020: see below.  Note: BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.

Once social distancing ends, I intend to return to Stourport Masonic Club on Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning.  The risk assessment at Stourport Masonic Club highlighted numerous problems that are hard to solve (such as there only being one way in and out, there being no windows at one end of the halls, making suffiicent ventilation difficult to achieve and the door needing to stay shut because it's alarmed).  Also the capacity at Stourport Masonic Club would've been 11, whereas it's 14 at Holy Innocents'.

Rules of Participation During the Coronavirus Pandemic:

1.  Masks must be worn when entering the hall, but can be taken off when we start exercising.  Please also keep your mask and other items close to hand, rather than having to walk across the room unmasked to collect or store your mask or other items.

2.  Please wash your hands when you enter and leave the hall.

3.  Please do not attend if you have any symptoms, or even if you have a cold because you may cause others to end up having to self-issolate.

4.  Please do not enter the hall until 5 minutes before the start time, and do not wait in the hallwaywhatever the weather.  If you're habitually early, if it's cold or raining, I suggest either leaving for the hall later, wearing a warm or waterproof coat or waiting in your car.  I need time to ensure that everyone from the first class has left and I need time to clean between sessions.  I also want to minimise the time people spend in the hall because if people aren't exercising they will probably be talking, which increases the risk.

5.  Please maintain social distancing when in the hall and when waiting outside. 

6.  Please try to minimise talking when in the hall; To help achieve this (in addition to rule 4) I have changed the content of the class, shortening the breaks, or swapping a break with lower intensity exercise. 

7.  If doing yoga or Pilates, please bring your own mats, cushions, straps or blocks as I cannot currently provide equipment.

8.  Booking in is essential, as is my having your contact details and emergency contact details; whether you rejoin, or whether it's your first class, I will be asking you to fill in a PARQ form.

9.  Note that I can no longer do pay-as-you-go as the maximum capacity within the halls is now too low for me to be flexible with your attendance; nor can I offer 6 months on blocks of ten sessions.  Ten sessions are currently valid for ten weeks from the start of a block of ten.  However, I am now offering those that either haven't been before, or haven't attended within the last 2 years, a free class, so that you can see what you would be paying for.  The maximum capacity at Holy Innocents' is 14 and it's 15 at Areley Kings; this is so that we can achieve social distancing of 2 metres.

10.  Please do not sing when you're in the hall.

11.  When finding your space, please fill in from the back and please can those nearest the exit leave the hall first; please be patient when leaving and entering the hall, maintaining social distancing.  Where to stand is marked out by either tape on the floor or sports marker cones; please stand behind the markers, which are 2m apart.

12.  Note that the heating will be on in the venues, but because some windows will be open to provide ventilation, and the halls are used less frequently than normal, the halls may be a few degrees colder than normal. 

13.  Please avoid bringing unnecessary items into the hall, and take care to not leave anything behind.

14.  Please smile; the classes are more enjoyable than all of those rules would suggest.
